One By One is the fourth studio album by American rock band Foo Fighters, released in 2002. Marking a darker, heavier sound compared to their earlier work, the album features raw energy and emotional intensity, driven by Dave Grohl’s powerful vocals and guitar work. Standout tracks include the explosive opener "All My Life", the anthemic "Times Like These", and the brooding "Low". Despite a turbulent recording process—nearly scrapped and re-recorded—the album became a commercial success, earning a Grammy for Best Rock Album. While some critics found it uneven, One By One showcased the band’s resilience and ability to evolve, blending aggression with melodic hooks. It remains a pivotal release in Foo Fighters’ discography, bridging their early alt-rock roots with their later stadium-filling sound.
